Controller

We are a growing construction company based in Newnan, Georgia, with annual revenues of $10–15 million. We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll administration, and job cost accounting. Responsibilities Manage all accounting and financial operations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management Maintain accurate job costing and project financial reporting Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Coordinate with external CPA Firm Manage sales tax filings and other regulatory reporting Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls Utilize Foundation Software for accounting, payroll, and reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (highly preferred) 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction Previous Controller or senior accounting experience REQUIRED Experience with Foundation Software highly preferred Knowledge of construction job costing and WIP reporting Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities What We Offer Competitive starting salary of $85,000+, depending on experience Hybrid/remote flexibility after successful training period Opportunity to work directly with ownership and impact company growth Stable and growing construction organization Pay From $85,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): How many years of Controller or Assistant Controller experience do you have?
