Social Worker PRN Pay: $24.00 / hr. - $31.50 / hr. Depending on Degree and Experience Caris Healthcare Social Worker PRN provides support to the hospice interdisciplinary team through office functions. The hallmarks of this position include completing comprehensive patient assessments, identifying care planning goals, and providing psychosocial and emotional support to patients and caregivers at the end of life.
