Biomedical Technician II

Role: Biomedical Technician providing on-site service support for medical equipment within hospitals or healthcare facilities in the Sarasota/Bradenton FL area. Primary objectives include diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on biomedical devices to ensure compliance and safety. Responsibilities: evaluate equipment issues execute repairs conduct safety and environmental inspections maintain documentation communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction Qualifications: an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of medical equipment service experience, or equivalent military training or a high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience Skills: knowledge of electronic circuitry ability to interpret schematic diagrams electro-mechanical understanding physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
