Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Tech - Vickery Location to join their team. As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Tech - Vickery Location, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $30.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift schedule- Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and production equipment systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and light fabrication or welding projects.
• Utilize maintenance management systems to document work orders, maintenance activities, and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintenance procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting spare parts inventory management.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
