When you join this practice you’ll be the only Endodontist and will be provided with a full schedule, no need for referrals. This is a general dentistry practice that is looking to stop referring out endodontic procedures and keep them in house. They are looking for someone with experience as they will be the only Endodontist in the practice. This practice is mostly PPO, however, they are looking to phase into more fee for service.
