Automotive Office Manager | Payroll, HR & Ops Lead

Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a client near Avon, IN in search of an Office Manager. This is a full time, direct hire position working fully in office. • Handle Payroll, Accounts Payable, & Accounts Receivable
• Inventory control
• Assist with HR/Benefits
• Hold necessary office meetings
• Provide necessary training to office personnel
• Maintain corporate policy and procedures
• Reconcile all schedules
• Reconcile reserve statement and rebate/dealer money
• Preparation of monthly financial statement
