Real Estate Showing Agent

Overview Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Lebanon and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks. Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in New Hampshire . Responsibilities Assist with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. Schedule and show homes using MLS access and an electronic lockbox where applicable. Field client expectations and ensure timely completion of each task. Compensation Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown. Requirements Must be a currently licensed real estate agent. (We can help you get licensed.) Must have access to the MLS. Must have experience showing homes in the Lebanon area. Must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox. Full MLS access and ability to schedule and show homes. In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox (if applicable). Additional Information If you are unlicensed, Showami can help.
