Bookkeeper LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company in Tempe who is in search of a bookkeeper to join their team. This is a fully onsite role, with a Monday-Friday schedule. The salary range is between $60,000-$65,000.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable including invoice processing, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Receivable including invoicing, cash applications, collections, and customer account maintenance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely posting of transactions.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and journal entries.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and support accounting management as needed.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding payment inquiries and account issues.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience.
• Required: Hands-on experience with both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience with account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• SAP experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
