Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a caring culture that puts people first while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity in every interaction.

DayTimeWed08:00 AM - 04:00 PMThur08:00 AM - 04:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, including the lobby, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues.
- Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor activity, verifying credentials when required, and reporting suspicious behavior.
- Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and/or general inquiries, and communicating with branch personnel regarding security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
