This contract role is ideal for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), seeking a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week. Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid educator certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working with elementary or middle school students, preferably in a school setting
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Familiarity with IEPs, assessments, and related documentation
• Ability to adapt to the needs of a diverse student body

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for K-8 students in a public charter school environment
• Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
• Provide direct therapy sessions (individual and group) to address a range of communication disorders
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting as required by school policies and state regulations
• Attend IEP meetings and assist with parent consultations as needed
