Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with valid educator certification
• Previous experience serving school-aged children or working in educational environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and related service providers
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Familiarity with public charter school settings preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized physical therapy plans for K-8 students
• Deliver direct and consultative PT services in compliance with students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student participation in school activities
• Document and report progress through clear recordkeeping and communication
• Adjust therapy methods to meet the needs of each student and maintain a positive, supportive environment
