O.H.S.O. Server

Pay Range $12.15 an hour + tips. $15.15 an hour when training and attending meetings. Description Servers are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Guests must feel welcome, comfortable and well attended to at all times. OHSO servers work as a team and pool tips. Team service is a style of service that utilizes every member of the FOH staff. We believe in working smarter together rather than harder apart. It creates a self-sufficient, strong group of people who learn to trust themselves and their coworkers. Responsibilities As a Server you will Attend training and meetings to understand service standards. Provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment. Work collaboratively with the team to pool tips and serve guests efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and safety of your service area. Requirements Food Handler's Certification Title 4 Liquor Certification 2+ years recent serving experience High volume experience preferred Great attitude and strong teamwork skills Must love dogs!
