• End Date/Duration: Contract ongoing
• Shift: Mostly single coverage with some overlap; flexible shifts
• Hours/Week: Over 20 shifts/month (approximately 40+ hours/week)
• Employment Type: Temporary/Locum
• License/Certifications: Active medical license, is acceptable
• Experience: Preferably recent emergency medicine experience
• Pay Rate: $150/hour (orientation rate; hourly pay based on shifts)

What You'll Do:

• Provide emergency medical care to diverse patient populations
• Handle a variety of medical cases with confidence and professionalism
• Collaborate with APCs and hospital staff to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Document patient encounters in compliance with hospital standards
• Participate in shifts at regional hospitals in Wisconsin's Northwoods
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical environment
• Embrace outdoor lifestyle and community engagement during your off hours

What You Need:

• Active medical license in Wisconsin
• Medical degree (MD/DO)
• Minimum of recent emergency medicine experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and strong clinical judgment
• Act 10 compliance preferred
