Automotive Sales Manager

We are currently in need of a Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in retail and sales management. Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide information about available car models, features, and pricing
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
• Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for car sales
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
• Stay updated on industry trends and new car models

Experience:

• Previous experience in car sales or a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and commissions
• Ability to cold call potential customers and build relationships
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and procedures
• Organizational skills to manage customer information and sales documentation
• Familiarity with retail math concepts for calculating discounts, taxes, and profit margins

Must be willing to submit to preemployment background check and drug testing.

Valid US drivers license required.
