Owner Relations Manager

Were looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our Owner Relations Team as an Owner Relations Manager. In this role, youll manage a portfolio of approximately 75120 property owners, with a focus on building strong partnerships, delivering an exceptional owner experience, retaining existing clients, and identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio. As a primary point of contact for our property owners, youll provide timely, professional, and solutions-focused communication while developing trusted, long-term relationships. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure each property is well maintained, performing successfully, and receiving the attention it deserves. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, youll be an advocate for our ownersanticipating needs, resolving concerns, and helping them feel confident in their partnership with our team.
