Team Lead

Role Description

As a Services Delivery Team Lead at Kyndryl, you’ll have the opportunity to take the lead in guiding our squads towards delivering exceptional end-to-end services. Your role includes:

• Facilitating agile practices to optimize workflows and eliminate obstacles.
• Championing high-quality deliverables throughout the technical services life-cycle.
• Understanding customer industries and how they utilize our products.
• Working with Delivery Managers to meet customer service priorities.
• Leading troubleshooting and resolving complex service-related issues.
• Engaging with client stakeholders and maintaining synchronization on project progress.
• Representing the team at user group meetings and client interactions.
• Collaborating on interdisciplinary service improvements projects.
• Setting and achieving challenging team targets aligned with business metrics.
• Leveraging data-driven insights and AI services for data management challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical team(s) through incident, problem and change management.
• 5 years of technical resolution and support.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and customer stakeholders.
• Industry recognized certifications in the aligned supporting area (e.g., Public/Private Cloud, Mainframe etc.).
• Must be fluent in English language(s).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related technical field or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
• Experience with an ITIL driven service organization (preferred).
• Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications (preferred).
