Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Hilo, Hawaii. The role requires flexibility to work various shift lengths and days, supporting patient recovery through skilled clinical procedures and teamwork. Job Details Location Requirements: Hawaii license must be obtained prior to start of assignment. Required Qualifications: Valid Hawaii license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), 2-10 years of relevant experience, minimum 2 years experience, COVID-19 vaccination proof or approved exemption. Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for employee health appointment. Candidate must be flexible regarding shift lengths and days. Orientation will be provided for each unit. Position Description: Perform general nursing duties in a Medical Surgical unit utilizing Meditech electronic medical record system, Pyxis, wound vac management, and chest tube care.
