Make an impact supporting students through a dynamic speech-language pathology opportunity in the Stillwater, MN area. This full-time, contract role is ideal for a flexible, motivated SLP who thrives in a school setting and enjoys variety in their caseload and assignment. The position initially focuses on providing maternity leave coverage and then adapts to meet ongoing needs throughout the district, ensuring no child misses valuable services.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota State SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Ability to manage an elementary caseload and adapt quickly to changing assignments
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

What You'll Do:

• Deliver speech-language services as outlined in students’ IEPs
• Support Justice Alan Page Elementary for the initial assignment, covering a maternity leave through Thanksgiving break
• Transition to other buildings as coverage needs arise for additional leaves, demonstrating flexibility and initiative
• Provide compensatory services to students who missed support due to prior uncovered leaves
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with educators, families, and colleagues
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and confidence

This position offers a 37.5 hours per week schedule during the full school year, with consistency in hours and the unique chance to make a difference across multiple school communities.
