This full-time, full-school-year contract opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) holding ASHA CCCs and a current Minnesota license, ready to provide essential services while adapting to diverse caseloads and school locations throughout the assignment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota SLP license (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience in school-based settings, particularly serving elementary students
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services, with an initial focus supporting Justice Alan Page’s elementary caseload during a maternity leave (anticipated through Thanksgiving break)
• Transition to provide coverage for emerging leaves in other buildings as needed for the remainder of the year
• Offer compensatory services to students who may have missed therapy sessions due to uncovered staff leaves
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement IEPs aligned with student needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support positive student outcomes
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
