Residential Community Manager - LIHTC & Operations

A property management company in Indianapolis seeks a qualified individual for a safety-sensitive position responsible for overseeing the operational and financial success of a residential property. The candidate will manage staff development, maintain the property’s appearance, and ensure high resident satisfaction. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is preferred. Experience in residential management is essential, as well as the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
