Customer Experience Lead Front End & Training

The TJX Companies , Inc.

Marshalls in Concord, NC is seeking a front-of-store leader to ensure an excellent customer experience and mentor Associates. You will lead by example, supervise POS coverage, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store standards. The role requires 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership capacity, with strong communication and teamwork.
