A bit about us:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Superintendent to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects from inception to completion, demonstrating exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for overseeing the project's day-to-day operations, ensuring that all aspects of the project are carried out on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise the work of project team including architects, engineers, laborers, and subcontractors to ensure the project is executed in accordance with the design, budget, and schedule.
Develop and implement project strategies and schedules, ensuring all project milestones are met.
Monitor and control project costs to maintain budget control.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Utilize project management tools such as Procore and BlueBeam to track project progress and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
Ensure compliance with LEED or other relevant environmental and sustainability standards.
Provide leadership and direction to the project team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior supervisory role in the construction industry.
Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
Proficient in project management software such as Procore and BlueBeam.
Strong knowledge of LEED or equivalent sustainability standards.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
