• Job Setting: Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Types of Cases: Ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo
• Credentialing: 30 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiology
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS
• Licensure: Active Arizona license - IMLC Only
