We are seeking an HVAC Project Manager to manage mechanical construction projects from handoff through closeout. This role is responsible for schedule coordination, cost control, field coordination, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.

Responsibilities

· Manage HVAC construction projects from pre-construction handoff through project closeout

· Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans

· Coordinate with internal engineering and design teams on design-build and design-assist projects

· Lead project kickoff meetings and regular coordination meetings

· Conduct periodic job site visits to monitor progress, verify installations comply with plans, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

· Track job costs, forecasts, and project profitability

· Prepare, price, and manage change orders

· Coordinate field supervision and internal resources to support project execution

· Ensure work complies with contract documents, mechanical codes, and company standards

· Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements

· Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers

· Manage submittals, RFIs, as-builts, and closeout documentation

· Support inspections, testing, balancing, and commissioning activities

· Train and guide junior project managers
