Busser - Limelight Mammoth - Summer

The Busser / Barback is responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant facility by clearing/wiping tables, stocking products, performing housekeeping functions and engaging with our guests to ensure their needs are met. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities include following designated opening/closing procedures for the restaurant, ensuring all food items are stocked, completing side work duties, engaging with guests, cleaning and clearing tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness of bus stations, moving tables, chairs, bus stations to facilitate housekeeping, completing tasks and projects delegated by your manager, and assisting elsewhere as business volumes and staff levels demand.

Prior guest service experience and prior work experience in a restaurant are preferred. Knowledge of company policies and procedures, understanding on how to assist customers and meet their needs effectively, proficiency in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing to team members and customers, proficient written and verbal communication English skills, Spanish a plus, ability to work under stressful circumstances, ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes, customer flow, environments, and tasks, ability to engage with customers in a positive and helpful manner, ability to work in collaboration with others to achieve team goals.

Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time, regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces, must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance.
