Office ManagerPepsi MidAmerica is a family-owned company with a rich tradition of investing in community goodwill. Our family of over 900 members spans Illinois, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Arkansas. We are currently looking to expand our membership so that we can continue to build the relationships that have defined our company for over 80 years.General typing assignments, memos, letters, etc. Prepare various weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and reviews, feature ad report, rebate programs, sales desk phone duties, sort and distribute mail.Phone duties include screening and message taking for the Division Manager and Area Sales Managers. Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors, distributing phone messages, etc. to appropriate persons. Complete typing assignments, memos, letters, etc. for local sales force. Sort and distribute daily mail for Division Manager and other staff as assigned. Track, prepare and/or distribute various weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports. Prepare weekly Feature Ad Report. Create and update as needed various files, books of reports, etc. Review recon issues. Count and secure deposit bags for Route Sales. Manage status of office and grounds for safety, quality, and appearance. Reconcile purchase orders and headcount monthly. Check in Route Salesmen. Track dailies for all route salesman and TSR's. Call in to salesmen periodically throughout the day to track all RD's and missed stops. Prepare write-offs and Business Builders requested by management.Qualified applicants will have:High school diploma/GEDValid driver's licenseReliable transportationCustomer service skillsWillingness to submit to a background screen and drug screenApply today!
