Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) for California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and tailor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services, both individual and group
• Monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records and progress reports
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student participation and achievement
• Provide resources and strategies to support staff and families in fostering communication skills
