Details:

60% of massage charges (ability to move up to 70% with good reports and without incident after the first year)
At least 10 hours per week
Schedule is variable depending on availablity

JOB SUMMARY:

Provide massage therapy services for clients of Total Health and public persons entering facility with the intention of receiving massage therapy services. Provide safe, appropriate and effective massage techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of an accredited school of massage
Licensure for Massage Therapy through the State of Oklahoma
Pass score on the Massage and Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx) or grandfathered in through the State of Oklahoma
Recommended CPR certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Able to list, carry, push, and pull light to moderately heavy material, supplies or patients (up to or >100 lbs.) for most of the shift
Able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavyweight materials (over 100 lbs.) occasionally
Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule, with some bending and stooping
Adequate stamina to deal with stressful situations and to complete the necessary work schedule
