Landscape Crew Member

Role & Responsibilities

• Operate various equipment and hand tools to perform daily landscaping tasks.
• Ensure proper hydration of lawns, trees, and plants using appropriate watering techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces, including sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots.
• Plan and cultivate lawns, turfs, or gardens in line with landscaping designs.
• Distribute topsoil and/or straw over newly seeded areas.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides as needed.
• Install new landscaping materials and specialty features.
• Trim plant material as necessary for installation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Understanding of basic landscaping practices and procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently, thoroughly, and follow directions.
• Experience operating power equipment and hand tools for landscaping.
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
