Job Description Job Description Purpose of the Position Individual Contributor responsible for Accounts Payable functions: Job Duties-A/P AP: processing invoices accurately Add bills, submit for approval, pay approved bills, issue check payments Research and resolve inquiries Completes tasks at the request of management. Impact on Other Positions, Products, & Services Ensures customers’ invoices are accurate before processing and distribution. Personal Skills Required Customer service oriented, patience, knowledgeable in Excel, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, highly developed organizational skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines, multitasking Computer Skills Preferred Microsoft Office Sage Intact #J-18808-Ljbffr
