Avēsis is hiring a 100% remote Bilingual Customer Engagement Specialist to support Medicaid members in our call center. You will handle 40–60 inbound calls daily, document interactions, and escalate complex issues while maintaining HIPAA compliance. The role requires Spanish fluency, strong communication, and ability to work remotely Monday–Friday with ET evening shifts.
