Store Manager Requirements: The qualified candidate must have 1‑3 years of current experience as a store manager in an Italian Bakery environment. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the bakery business with a strong emphasis on customer service and product quality control. Strong interpersonal skills are highly desirable as the role requires the supervision of store staff, leading by example, training and staff development. Must be bilingual; Italian language skills are a plus. Pastry Chef Requirements: The qualified candidate must have 5‑10 years of experience as a chef in an Italian Bakery environment. The role demands high‑quality pastry production and menu development for a full range of Italian baked goods. Cake Decorator Requirements: The qualified candidate must have 5‑10 years of experience as a cake decorator in a high‑volume bakery environment. As the core of our business is wedding cakes, the applicant must possess comprehensive knowledge of wedding cake design from conception to delivery. Additional requirements include experience in preparing butter or whipped cream and fondant from scratch; demonstrable skill in decorating with royal icing, gum paste/fondant, and chocolate. Experience with pulled sugar is a plus. The successful candidate must be willing to provide references, including names and phone numbers of former supervisors or managers upon request. Baker Requirements: The qualified candidate must have 5‑10 years of experience as an all‑around baker in an Italian bakery environment. Successful applicants should have experience with danishes, apple turnovers, muffins, croissants, and other pastries, as well as with mixing and baking bread (Italian, French, rye, etc.). The candidate must be willing to provide references, including names and phone numbers of former supervisors or managers upon request. Counterperson Requirements: The qualified candidate must have good interpersonal skills and be able to take orders over the phone.
