Job Description

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented professionals to join our Money Movement Operations team supporting Wealth, Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking (WCIB).

Our team is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely movement of funds while providing operational support across multiple business areas. We are currently hiring for two Custody Operations Analyst positions within our Money Movement Operations team. Candidates will be considered for the role that best aligns with their skills, experience, and career interests.

• Global Fund Custody (GFC) Money Movement
• Cash Exceptions

What You'll Do

Global Fund Custody (GFC) Money Movement

The GFC Money Movement function supports payment processing activities for the Global Fund Custody business line.

In this role, you will:

- Process payment requests, including wires, ACH transactions, tax payments, and account transfers

- Handle high volumes of transactions while maintaining exceptional accuracy

- Support operational inquiries related to payment processing

- Ensure transactions are completed efficiently and within required deadlines

Cash Exceptions

The Cash Exceptions function supports cash movement exception processing and operational support across multiple WCIB business lines.

In this role, you will:

- Research and resolve cash movement exceptions and operational inquiries

- Investigate discrepancies and identify appropriate solutions

- Perform transaction adjustments, corrections, and reversals

- Partner with internal business groups to resolve complex issues

- Support process improvements and operational initiatives

Basic Qualifications

- Two years or more of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s)

- Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment

- Exhibits analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills

- Exhibits customer relation skills, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills

- Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking business lines and clients

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $60,435.00 - $71,100.00
