Contact Center Quality Analyst

Our client is seeking a Contact Center Quality Analyst to join their team. As a Contact Center Quality Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting contact center operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Contact Center Quality Analyst

Pay Range: $30.69

What's the Job?

• Oversee and enhance the quality assurance program to ensure contact sites meet company standards and NPS goals.

• Monitor, evaluate, and improve contact center performance through data analysis and coaching.

• Collaborate with global teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives across vendor sites.

• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Manage non-conformance reports, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve quality outcomes.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or leadership roles within customer service or contact centers.

• Proven experience leading quality teams and implementing quality management systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency with quality management software, Microsoft Office applications, and familiarity with both Mac OS and Windows environments.
