By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Application Support Analyst to join our team in El Paso, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).functional Information Services support for users in a hospital setting-Supporting the client on various clinical and financial application such as Cerner, PBAR-Provide support internal to Information Services by reviewing help desk tickets, doing initial triage, resolving some yourself or passing on to the next levelBusiness Advisors or to the local infrastructure team-- Especially support any Cerner EMR upgrades/implementations, and or issues assigned to resolve – works closely with the CI – attends Clinical InformaticsCommittee meetings.- Application Security set up new users in various local Applications, review eIDs and Local Access requests for appropriateness and accuracy--Help ensure that all security officers are notified of termination and job changes and also removes/changes access accordingly for any systems locallyassigned.-Application maintenance and reviewing system logs for various applications-Perform help desk ticket triage and processing tickets to the IS team members- Helps insure that all interfaces are always up and running – works with vendors and home office accordingly--Responsible for coordinating and overseeing local application upgrades and implementations with vendors and end users.--Responsible for maintaining and updating the local hospital intranet.--Responsible for supporting local Microsoft Access development where necessary.-Perform some application maintenance-Perform security administration functions and follows up with all security administrators to ensure everyone is following procedures.-Review the system logs of various systems-Perform routine daily tasks such as FTPing files, data queries and processing of that data or reports to users-Compile, review and process compliance reports-Work with users and provide basic instruction for certain functions within the applications-Rotate in an on call schedule with the hospital's Information Services teamThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
