This start‑up operation will run 24/7, supporting critical warehouse technology, systems, equipment, and users across multiple shifts. As part of the launch team, you will play a key role in building and supporting the site’s IT infrastructure and ensuring operations stay connected, productive, and running smoothly around the clock. Be part of a major warehouse start‑up from day one Work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment Opportunity to help build systems, processes, and support structures High visibility role with growth potential Collaborative and team-oriented culture Climate-controlled warehouse environment Work with cutting‑edge warehouse technology and systems What You’ll Do Provide onsite technical support for warehouse operations and office teams Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, RF scanner, and system issues Support warehouse technology including handheld devices, workstations, label printers, WiFi connectivity, and operational systems Assist with setup, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure Respond to IT support requests in a timely and professional manner Support users across multiple shifts in a 24/7 operational environment Coordinate with corporate IT teams and third‑party vendors as needed Help maintain system uptime and operational continuity Document issues, resolutions, and support activities Assist with onboarding, user setup, permissions, and equipment deployment What We’re Looking For Previous IT support or technical support experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or operational environments preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience supporting PCs, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and network connectivity Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to support multiple shifts, weekends, or off‑hours as needed Ability to work onsite in Moreno Valley, CA Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred Experience supporting warehouse management systems (WMS) or operational technology environments Experience in start‑up or high‑growth operations is a plus Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus Build the Future with DP World At DP World, we are transforming global supply chains through innovation, technology, and world‑class operations.
