Collision Technician Assistant

In this role, you will support our collision repair technicians by preparing vehicles and assisting with repair processes to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Also performing final quality control inspections to ensure vehicles are returned in next to new condition every time once repairs are complete. • Assist collision technicians in vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
• Prepare vehicles for repair by removing damaged components and cleaning.
• Perform buffing and touch up paint work on light body repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Support technicians by fetching tools and materials as required.
• Help in inspecting parts and materials to ensure quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of automotive repair preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the workday.
