Accountant / Cashier

We are a logistics company providing freight services throughout the East and nationwide line-haul transportation across the United States. We are currently seeking an Accountant / Cashier to join our team.

Schaumburg, IL

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle warehouse billing and invoice management
• Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Record and organize company income and expenses
• Process payroll and employee wage settlements
• Maintain financial records and assist with basic bookkeeping
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports as needed
• Assist management with other accounting and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or cashier experience preferred
• Familiar with basic accounting procedures and financial record keeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office software
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
