In full diversification (new products, markets, channels), we are looking for an Operations Manager to optimize, industrialize, and scale our production, preparation, and shipping operations.

Your role will be key to ensuring operational excellence while supporting our ambitious growth.

Production

• Piloting production: ensuring the quality, responsiveness, and efficiency of our production lines, in collaboration with our industrial partners.
• Innovating on packaging and products: developing new product and packaging lines, integrating technical and economic constraints.

Logistics

• Optimizing order preparation: reducing lead times, improving quality, and controlling costs, in a context of geographical and channel diversification.
• Deploying new processes: enriching our pick and pack methods to meet diversification challenges.

Transport

• Optimizing shipping: ensuring the performance and reliability of our logistics flows, in coordination with our partners.
• Developing the delivery service offer: adapting our solutions to new markets and distribution channels.

Your daily routine

• Solving concrete operational issues, notably on the ground
• Collaborating with Product, Tech, Customer Support, and Marketing teams to streamline operational execution
• Negotiating and managing partners: managing the logistics center but also sourcing, selecting, and coordinating industrial and logistics actors (machines, preparation, shipping)
• Automating and digitalizing: designing follow-up tools (dashboards, KPIs) to continuously measure and improve operational performance

Profile sought

• Engineering degree with a business sense
• Past experience in a very dynamic environment (startup, consulting, logistics, industry), with an appetite for the operational and the analytical
• Entrepreneurial spirit: agility, resourcefulness, proactivity, and autonomy
• Taste for the concrete: hands-on profile, liking to solve problems oriented to the ground
• Languages: fluent French and English (another European language is a plus)

Recruitment process

• 15' phone screening with the HR Manager
• 1st interview in video of 45' with the manager, focused on your past experiences and your aspirations for the future
• Case study
• 2nd interviews in the offices: 45' to debrief the business case / 45' with a founder to talk about the company's values
• Reference check
• 3rd interviews in the offices: meeting with other team members and final interview with one of the founders to discuss the offer
