(USA) Realty Project Coach

Position Summary As a Realty Project Coach, you will join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US, taking ownership of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the United States. Your role is to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet Walmart’s quality standards. Responsibilities Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders. Motivate and influence team members to meet timelines and deliverables, fostering collaboration among associates, suppliers, and store leadership. Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. Support associate development by providing supervision, training, mentorship, recognition, and career‑path guidance. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and the Open‑Door policy. Build relationships with stakeholders, identify business needs, monitor progress, and adapt to competing demands and organizational changes. Work Schedule & Travel Shift : Primarily overnights; night shifts average 10–12 hours. Travel : Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home is required. You may be away 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time, depending on project needs. Overnight stays will be paid and mileage reimbursed. Compensation Annual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and stock options. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area; or 3 years of experience in the same fields. Preferred Qualifications : Master’s degree in Business or related field; 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams; Project Management (PMP) certification.
