(USA) Realty Project Coach

Position Summary As a Realty Project Coach you will join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You are responsible for delivering store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the United States. Your role is to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards while collaborating with store leadership and supervising hourly team members. Key Responsibilities Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders and minimizing impact on store operations. Motivate and lead the team to meet timelines and deliverables, fostering cooperation among associates. Provide supervision, development, and mentorship for associate team members, offering recognition and career path guidance. Address and resolve escalations related to store operations, suppliers, and associates, ensuring smooth project progress. Travel frequently to project sites across the country, staying away from home 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis; OR 3 years of such experience. Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, or store design. Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in business or related field. 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams. Project Management Professional Certification. Shift & Travel Primarily overnight shifts of 10–12 hours. Expect frequent travel up to 1000 miles; oath of 80% time away from home. Mileage will be reimbursed and overnight stays paid. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
