Team Member (Customer Service)
Team members make the biggest impact on our guest experience and bring our restaurants to life! As part of our KFC Family, you will be part of a team that will provide thorough training, learning opportunities that help you grow. Pay Range: -
Responsibilities:
- Make and prepare guest orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide a top-notch guest experience that includes friendly interactions, hot & fresh meals and a commitment to cleanliness
- Contribute to the overall positive and collaborative family environment
Success Factors:
- Flexible work hours and punctual attendance
- A smile and enthusiasm are required when waiting on guests
- Some heavy lifting may be required (range 25-50 pounds)
- Extended standing
- Hearing in normal range must be present due to auditory alarms for some cooking equipment
- Cash handling and counting may be required
- Reading of menus, manuals and training aids required
- Manual dexterity in packing food containers and cleaning
- Ability to work with others in somewhat confined space
- Maintaining safety around high temperature equipment, boiling water and hot shortening
- Capable of maintaining the confidentiality of Company operating procedures and operating results
