Braintree, MA – Senior Training Specialist (Part Time) LHH has a client who needs a Braintree, MA – Senior Training Specialist (Part Time) will be supporting a large-scale enterprise system implementation. These consultants will deliver instructor‑led training, facilitate adoption of new systems and processes, provide coaching to learners, and support post‑go‑live activities throughout New York and Massachusetts. What You’ll Do: Deliver engaging instructor‑led training sessions using project‑provided materials and established training curricula. Train employees on entering, managing, and maintaining time‑related information within ADP Workforce, WorkForce Software, or similar workforce management platforms. Demonstrate system workflows, functionality, and recommended best practices to ensure effective system adoption. Facilitate hands‑on exercises and provide coaching to help learners build confidence using the new system and processes. Explain technical concepts and system functionality clearly to employees with varying levels of technical proficiency. Respond to learner questions, troubleshoot common system issues, and provide practical guidance during training sessions. Partner with National Grid employees to incorporate operational and process‑specific guidance into training delivery. Prepare thoroughly for each assigned session and ensure all training materials, activities, and logistics are ready in advance. Support post‑go‑live adoption activities, including user coaching, issue resolution, and reinforcement of new processes. Adapt training schedules and delivery plans as needed based on weather conditions, operational requirements, or project changes. Travel throughout the assigned territory to deliver onsite training and support implementation activities. What You’ll Bring: Demonstrated experience delivering instructor‑led training and facilitating classroom‑based learning. Strong presentation, communication, and group facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Experience training and coaching adult learners in professional or operational environments. Hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce, WorkForce Software, workforce management systems, employee timekeeping platforms, or similar technologies. Ability to explain technical concepts, system workflows, and processes in a clear and user‑friendly manner. Comfortable supporting employees with varying levels of technical knowledge and learning styles. Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with a customer‑focused approach. Ability to work reliably onsite, travel throughout an assigned territory, and maintain reliable transportation. Availability to support early‑morning training sessions Tuesday through Thursday and attend all scheduled project dates. Experience training union‑represented employees is preferred. Utility industry experience and workforce management implementation experience are preferred. Background in HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or Workforce Management training is highly desirable. Experience supporting change management, system implementations, user adoption, or post‑go‑live training initiatives is preferred.
