Community Training Specialist (CTS-Direct Care) Location: Weymouth Employment Type: Full-time and part-time positions (Day, Evening, and Overnight) Salary: $22.00 per hour WORK Inc., one of New England’s most progressive providers of services to adults with disabilities, is seeking applications for Direct Care positions in one of our residential programs serving individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing. We are seeking a full‑time and a part‑time Community Training Specialist (CTS) who will support individuals served in their own home by promoting independence, while empowering and enhancing their quality of life.
