Part-Time Center Associate

Do you enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and providing excellent service?

The Part-Time Center Associate delivers world-class customer service to retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding and laminating equipment, and point-of-sale devices. The Associate provides customers with accurate information about our products, services, and best-value options while maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.

The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. Candidates must be fast learners who are willing to learn all aspects of the business in a timely manner.

Interview: The interview will include a 3-hour working interview.

Responsibilities

• Must be available to work weekends
• Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
• Practice strong listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership
• Take ownership of customers’ shipping needs and provide effective solutions
• Learn all products, services, alternative solutions, and relevant industry trends
• Operate all equipment, software, and devices confidently and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible
• Available to work 25–30 hours per week
