Employment Details Employment Type: Staff (Full-Time) Internal Job Category: Exempt (Staff) Department: College Pharmacy & Health Sciences Hours: 37.5 hours per week Location: Belmont University – Grant Funded Administrative Coordinator for Flourish Mobile Clinic Primary Duties and Responsibilities The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to the BU Trains Opioid Abatement grant initiative at Belmont University. Responsibilities include: Compose effective communications. Screen information and coordinate event planning. Receive guests and assist with clinic scheduling. Coordinate volunteer recruitment and speaker travel arrangements. Coordinate with mobile clinic coordinators, manage inventory, and assist with facilities coordination. Collect and report data for program evaluation and budget processes. Work independently on assigned grant-related activities as directed by the Directors. Key Responsibilities Administrative support for grant implementation activities. Assist investigators with budget maintenance and expenditure tracking. Collect and report data for quarterly reporting. Assist with advertising and scheduling of mobile clinic sites and volunteer coordination. Qualifications Form diverse leaders of character. Ability to identify issues, obtain relevant information, compare data, and identify solutions. Interpret information and diagnose root causes of situations to recommend solutions. Coordinate and administer programs/project activities, manage resources, monitor activities, assess risks, and ensure quality. Present information clearly to groups or individuals, both verbally and in writing. Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Work effectively with diverse communities. Preferred Qualifications Relevant experience in program coordination, project management, or grants administration. Required Education • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Required Experience 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, and/or grants administration; 4–6 years preferred.
