Process Engineer, Aerospace

As a ProcessEngineer, Aerospace, you will cover all areas of Safety, Quality, Manufacturing Performance Improvement, World Class Manufacturing, Process and Capital Improvement, and Personal Growth. You will work on-site at our Huntsville, AL facility and report to the Finishing Engineering LeadResponsibilities:Serve as a technical resource for production team in the work cell. Work closely with operators to eliminate barriers to production. Provide technical support for day-to-day operations.Responsible for driving improvement and maximizing productivity among the products and processes.Guide team in problem-solving and improvement projects through organized and structured methods such as root cause, fishbone, and 5-why.Priorities include improving product quality, increasing process capacity, reducing variation within product and process, reducing cycle times and setup times, and adopting new technologies to modernize manufacturing processesTrack and analyze relevant production metrics within work cell.
