In-house Recruiter

To support full life cycle recruiting efforts, the full-time In-house Recruiter will attract, source, and screen candidates for various positions while partnering with hiring managers in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage full life cycle recruiting for diverse roles across multiple levels and geographic markets Attract and screen both passive and active candidates through job boards and the applicant tracking system Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a consistent and equitable assessment and selection process Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse setting Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with candidates and hiring leaders Strong time management and multi-tasking skills to work with minimal direction Demonstrated situational adaptability and learning agility in dynamic environments Action-oriented with a results-driven mindset and strong communication skills
