Client Success Specialist

About This Role Position Summary We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping clients by providing product and service information and dispatching vendors. This person needs to have a high level of customer service experience, coordination and problem-solving skills. This person will be the go-to contact????? for all clients and vendors when new orders are placed and any issues that might arise. Shifts for this Position 10am – 6pm, Wednesday – Sunday 8am – 4pm, Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm, Monday – Friday Essential Duties & Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Manage job requests submitted by new/existing clients Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Multi-task via email, phone or other channels of communication Research, onboard and assign new vendors as needed Other duties as assigned ? #J-18808-Ljbffr
