\nUnderstanding client’s needs and goals for today and the long-term are unique. As an advisor, you begin with listening to understand what’s important to them. Then, take a holistic approach to develop a plan to manage their wealth, carefully considering their priorities and risk preferences.
\n \nRole Summary
\nThis is a financial advisor development program which involves completion of required licensing exams, business development activities and attendance of training programs.
\n \nJob Responsibilities
\n· Business development & Sales
\n· Constructing comprehensive financial plans
\n· Recommending and implementing portfolio solutions
\n· Completing paperwork
\n· CRM management
\n· Marketing initiatives
\n· Obtaining and maintaining proper licensing
\n \nQualifications
\n· Ability to be onsite in Midtown Manhattan
\n· Prior experience or college degree
\n· Familiarity of financial markets
\n \nDesired Skills
\n· Experience holding intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
\n· Financial planning or investment management
\n· Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, etc.
\n \nCompensation
\nCommission based compensation ranging from $60,000 to $500,000 and above. You can expect time in the business, skillset, ability, and dedication to determine income.
\n \nLocation
\nOnsite in midtown Manhattan.
\n \nWorking Conditions
